Galvalume Steel Coil is coated with a unique aluminum-zinc-silicon alloy—comprising 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon—cured at high temperature to form a highly protective layer. This advanced coating offers exceptional corrosion resistance, outperforming standard galvanized steel by up to 6 times, making it ideal for demanding building applications.

Our Galvalume steel coils are securely packaged with waterproof wrapping and an inner moisture barrier, reinforced with protective steel sheets and hardened strapping for safe transit. They are shipped globally via sea, rail, or road freight in 20ft or 40ft HQ containers, loaded efficiently using cranes or forklifts.
A: Avoid using Galvalume in direct contact with fresh concrete or mortar. These alkaline materials can accelerate corrosion. In such cases, hot-dip galvanized steel with a suitable paint system is preferable.
A: Unlike galvanized steel, Galvalume may develop a dark patina over time when exposed to moisture during storage or transit. Proper handling and dry storage are essential to maintain its appearance.
